RETRO ARCH DRIVER

We take videogame preservation seriously and want to ensure you can run your originally bought content on modern day PCs. A frontend for libretro (such as RetroArch) handles video output, audio output, input and application lifecycle. In addition to this, you will soon be able to run original game discs (CDs) from RetroArch. RetroArch defaults to a gamepad-friendly 10-foot/leanback interface that is perfect for use with living-room and home theater PCs, but there is also a more traditional keyboard-and-mouse interface available by pressing F5.

oh i like either the snes9x/FC current or SNES9x-plus 2005 both seem to do its part VERY well especially for RetroArchs emulative capabilities. Load/Download Core and you’ll have a ton of options but SNES9x is on there.

If on mobile device you can use a mobile friendly menu driver called glui. RetroArch is easy to use and makes all of this easy. Settings are also unified so configuration is done once and for all. RetroArch by default uses the desktop menu. While it can do many things besides this, it is most widely known for enabling you to run classic games on a wide range of computers and consoles through a slick graphical interface. RetroArch is an open source and cross platform frontend/framework for emulators, game engines, video games, media players and other applications.
